This was Wednesday 04/01/09 I got a personalized one person concert on the front porch of Miguel's Moonlight on Isla Mujeres.
When I negotiated the music with Gregory I included the stipulation that I would be taking a lot of photos while he sang.
Of course he was good with that and it was part of the price of the music.
Well my new Canon camera behaved like a champion. Lots of quick shots, click click click.
I took about 35-40 photos of Gregory while he sang for me.
Making the panels was something else. Took me about 3 hours actually to get it just the way I wanted it.
I had to go through the photos and figure out which ones I wanted to combine, then I oversized them for cleanup, slightly altered the contrast and lighting, then resized again to fit and added tiny borders around each individual photo
When I finally had the panels done to my satisfaction, then I took some individual photos and did the same treatments to those.
The text for the article came fast (a good thing) so the final production came together quickly.
And I remembered to put it into a text doc first so I wouldn't lose it to a computer glitch!
